There are several ways you can contact us regarding an air quality problem:

  • During regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) you can call us at (509) 477-4727 or stop by our office at 3104 E. Augusta Ave., Spokane, WA  99207.
  • After hours or on weekends, you can leave a message at our office by calling the number above.

Official complaints from the public are an important way for our agency to track air quality problems in the area. Complaints are recorded and tracked via a complaint database.  Complaints received by the office are forwarded to the inspection staff for investigation to determine if air pollution regulations are being violated.
