Owner-occupied, single-family residence doesn’t include:

• rental property
• multiple-family units
• mixed-use structures containing a residential unit(s)
• and structures involved in commercial/governmental related activities (e.g. commercial development, property management, real estate transactions, ordered demolition, etc.)
