Notice of Construction (NOC) Application Forms
For all Notice of Construction (NOC) applications, The Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency must receive the application form (No Faxes) accompanied by the applicable NOC base fee for the project. You will be billed for additional review fees depending on the type and complexity of the application. See Article X, Fees and Charges and the NOC/NOI fee schedule.
