Board of Directors — The Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (Spokane Clean Air) is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors who convene monthly meetings to conduct Agency business. Unless otherwise publicized, meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month, at the Agency's office located at 3104 E. Augusta Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207. The public is welcome to attend.
Advisory Council — A 9-member, volunteer Advisory Council meets monthly to advise and consult with the Board and the Agency Director in effectuating the purposes of the Washington Clean Air Act. Council members are skilled and experienced in the fields of air pollution control, industry, chemistry, fire protection, public health, environment, and a representative of the "business community" and citizenry. They are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Advisory Council meeting is at the Agency's office at 8 a.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless otherwise publicized. The public is welcome to attend.

Spokane Clean Air assures that no person shall, on the grounds of sex, race, color, marital status, age, creed, or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.L. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. Spokane Clean Air also adheres to nondiscrimination provisions in Chapter 49.60 RCW, Laws of the State of Washington. Spokane Clean Air further assures every effort will be made to ensure nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities, whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not.
