Notices of Construction & Applications for Approval (NOC)
January 1, 2013 - to date

New or modified air pollution sources are required to file a Notice of Construction & Application for Approval and register with the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency. A list of types of sources that must register can be found in Article IV Exhibit R of our regulations. Temporary sources, those that will only be in place for less that 365 days, must file an Intent to Install a Temporary Air Pollution Source.

Applications and approvals issued below are available for review during regular business hours at the offices of Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency. You will need to complete an information request form requesting to review the file. A formal public comment period will be provided if requested by any person, government agency, group, or the applicant. To express interest in a formal hearing on an application, submit your comments in writing by the deadline listed below.
