Notice of Construction Public Notice
The following applications for approval of construction or modification of an air pollution source or a request for revision of an approved Notice of Construction that may result in an increase in emissions have been received by the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency. A formal public comment period will be provided if requested by any person, government agency, group, or the applicant.

Any person, government agency, group, or the applicant may request a public hearing by submitting a request in writing before the end of the comment period specified below. The request shall state what is their interest in the source and why they believe a hearing is warranted. The agency may hold a public hearing if it determines significant public interest exists.
