Program Criteria:  Level 1 – Silver

  • Submitted a complete annual registration form to Spokane Clean Air by required due date.
  • Paid the Annual Registration fee to Spokane Clean Air by required due date.
  • Has not been issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) in the previous two years and during the most recent facility inspection.

Level 2 – Gold

Criteria for all registered sources is the same, as follows:

  • Meets all Level 1 criteria in applicable category, described above, plus:
  • Has not been issued a Corrective Action (CA) in the previous two years and during the most recent facility inspection. 
  • Can demonstrate implementation of pollution prevention practices in at least three of the five categories listed below:
    • Energy Efficiency – lighting, heating/cooling, water heating, equipment, combustion efficiency
    • Process changes, source reduction, material substitution
    • Sector Specific – back-up generators, boilers, dry cleaners, gas stations, printers, surface coaters
    • Transportation – commute trip reduction, no idle policies, cleaner fleet vehicles
    • Participated in the agency P2 consultation

Applications for the 2017-18 cycle will be sent with the Annual Registration Forms in early March 2017. If you prefer, a fillable PDF application form is available to complete and submit via email.
