Producing and processing marijuana releases volatile organic compounds and odors which are air contaminants. Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) is proposing rules to minimize air contaminants from state licensed marijuana production and processing operations in Spokane County.
SRCAA is seeking public input on the proposed rules which are amendments to several articles of Regulation I, linked below.

Review and Comment
Public comments on the proposed rules are encouraged and will be accepted November 1, 2017 through the close of a public hearing on December 7, 2017. Written comments received by December 1 will be included in the pre-hearing presentation. Written comments may be mailed to SRCAA, Attn: Margee Chambers, 3104 E.
